1. Welcome to DietIQ
1.1. Welcome to DietIQ. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and DietIQ ("we", "our", "us") regarding your use of our mobile application and related services ("DietIQ App"). The DietIQ App is designed to provide personalized nutrition tracking, diet recommendations, and related features. 1.2. The DietIQ App is available for download on mobile devices. By using the DietIQ App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use immediately.

1.3. Medical Disclaimer: The DietIQ App does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment plans. It is for informational and educational purposes only. You should always consult a medical professional before making dietary changes. In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

1.4. You must be at least 16 years old to use DietIQ. If you are under 18 years old, you may only use the app with parental or legal guardian consent.

2. Your Relationship with DietIQ
2.1. These Terms govern your use of the DietIQ App. You should also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

2.2. You must create an account to access full features. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

2.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Using the DietIQ App
4.1. The DietIQ App provides:

Calorie and macronutrient tracking.
AI-powered diet analysis.

4.2. Limitations: The app is a dietary guidance tool and not a substitute for professional healthcare
advice.
4.3. User Responsibility: You are responsible for any dietary decisions you make based on information from the DietIQ App.

5. Account Registration & Security
5.1. You must use a valid email address and secure password when creating an account.

5.2. If you sign up via third-party services (e.g., Google, Apple), you authorize DietIQ to access necessary account information as per the third-party’s terms.

5.3. You are responsible for maintaining account security. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at info@dietiq.io

6. User Conduct & Restrictions
6.1. You agree not to:

Share false or misleading information.
Use the app for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the app’s software.
Distribute harmful software or unauthorized content.

6.2. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or legal action.

7. Subscription & Payments
7.1. Some features of DietIQ may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable payment terms.

7.2. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

7.3. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your App Store or Google Play account settings.

8. Termination & Suspension
8.1. You may delete your account at any time via the app settings.

8.2. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

8.3. Upon termination, your access to the DietIQ App will be revoked, and data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. DietIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.
9.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DietIQ disclaims liability for any damages resulting from app usage.

10.2. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
